INSTRUCTOR: Skip Rogers is a former member of the Alameda County Sheriff's Office and is a retired Lieutenant from the Folsom Police Department in Folsom, California. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice Management from the Union Institute and University and is a graduate of the California Peace Officer's Standards and Training, Sherman Block Leadership Institute. Skip has been a police officer for 25 years and has worked in a wide variety of assignments during the course of his career. He is a member of the ad-junct faculty for the Los Rios Community College District.
Skip is the owner and lead Interrogations Instructor of the Interviews and Interrogations Institute, which has trained thousands of law enforcement professionals since 1990. They have received Peace Officer Standards and training certifications in ALL the western United States. The Interviews and Interrogations Institute is the recognized leaders in the field of interrogations training both nationally and internationally.
Their conviction-based approach teaches interview and interrogations techniques that have been proven to increase victim and witness cooperation as well as the number of legally obtained admissions and confessions.
The Interview and Interrogations Institute training staff consists of veteran police officers, NOT simply those who claim to have worked in the field. Having actual law enforcement experience, these veterans KNOW what it takes to get bullet-proof confessions!

CERTIFICATION & FEES: POST Plan I & STC Certified. Also qualifies as an ICI Universal Elective and PSP certified for tactical intepersonable communications. Total course fee: $409.00. Payment by cash or check to " I . I . I ." is due on first day of class.
